Refund Policy

If the app does not do what you need, ask for a refund within 14 days and you will get it.

1. The 14-day refund

If you are charged for a paid plan and it turns out not to be right for you, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund that charge in full. You do not need to justify it.

To request one: spendxsave.support@gmail.com, or the support form in Settings. Say which payment and we will refund it — you do not need to explain why.

Refunds are issued by hand, not by the billing portal: the portal cancels a subscription and cannot return money, and cancelling on its own does not refund the period you have already paid for. Ask us, and you get the money back.

2. What happens to your account

  • Your account reverts to the Free plan limits.
  • Nothing is deleted — your full history stays in place and exportable.
  • If you upgrade again later, everything is exactly where you left it.

3. Cancelling without a refund

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your paid features until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not refund partial periods after the 14-day window, but you keep access until the period ends.

4. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. If a renewal catches you by surprise, contact us — a renewal charged within 14 days is treated the same as a first charge, and we would rather refund it than keep an unhappy customer.

5. Refunds we cannot give

  • Requests made more than 14 days after the charge.
  • Accounts closed for breaching the Terms of Service.

6. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment provider. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer — usually within 5–10 business days. Currency conversion differences are set by your bank, not by us.

7. Your statutory rights

This policy sits alongside your rights under consumer law in Malaysia and Singapore, and does not replace them. Where the law gives you a stronger right, that applies.
